Exam Sign-Up

This form allows you to sign up to take different sections of the ilevel test.
The test will be offered three times a week on the following days:

Day Section 1 & 2 Section 3 & 4
Monday 1-3pm and 5-7pm 3-5pm and 7-9pm
Tuesday 1-3pm and 5-7pm 3-5pm and 7-9pm
Thursday 1-3pm and 5-7pm 3-5pm and 7-9pm
